Being with

I have been quite busy lately with lots of projects in the works and trainings, which I’m excited to share with all of you in the near future. But today I wanted to share about how important and healing it can be to have someone be with you. When I say “be with” I mean a quality of presence that doesn’t need to know the story of your life, or need you to do anything. A presence that is free of judgment and full of warmth and acceptance. To have someone be with you in the moment – no matter what that moment holds, can feel so nurturing.
As a Cuddlist, I strive to offer that kind of “be with” presence to my clients. I don’t need to know the details of any feelings that may come up, you can feel them to what ever level you want to and I will be there with you to keep you company – you’re not alone. If you feel exhausted, I can be with you while you take a nap – there is no shame in letting yourself rest. If you need to talk, I am here to listen with open ears and heart – you deserve to feel heard.
There are so many different ways to be with and I appreciate the diversity of presence that I’m called upon to offer to my clients.
What are some ways that you would like someone to be with you?
Are you getting that kind of presence in your life? If not, consider scheduling a Cuddlist session with myself or a Cuddlist in your area.
