Cuddlist and disability

A great video that addresses the benefits of touch for those with disabilities: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-PpU0NSmd84.

This is part of why I became a Cuddlist. Having my own experiences with a sometimes disabling chronic illness, fibromyalgia, I know first hand how touch can positively impact the quality of life for those with disabilities and chronic illness. By becoming a Cuddlist, I can offer therapeutic nurturing touch to this community of people that all to often are not given the kind of companionable caring touch that we as humans need.
